Fees & Payment Instructions

Registration fees, official bank accounts for wire transfer, express online payment, and ITESO invoicing.

Official Composition

3 Contestants + 1 Coach

  • Early Bird$1,250 MXN
  • Standard / Late$1,500 MXN

Other Participants

Co-coaches, Reserves, Site Directors, Staff & Attendees

  • Early Bird$1,500 MXN
  • Standard / Late$2,000 MXN

Since ITESO is an authorized non-profit entity, recorded receipts do not incur VAT (invoices will not include VAT).

Key Notes on Fees & Coverage

  • The fee INCLUDES ALL meals and items within the official schedule and competition materials per role.
  • The fee DOES NOT INCLUDE lodging or external transportation to the host venue.
  • Promoted teams start in PENDING status and switch to ACCEPTED once payment for all registered members is confirmed.
  • If a participant has multiple roles (e.g. Coach and Site Director), they only pay once at the lowest applicable rate.
  • To modify team members or roles, email guillot@icpcmexico.org.

Payment & Invoicing Instructions

2. Make the Payment

Once your reference number is received, choose one of the available payment methods:

A) Interbank Wire Transfer (SPEI)

CLABE: 012914002000800120

Concept: <reference> (without spaces or dashes). If your bank requires an agreement code, use 80012.

B) BBVA Advanced Customer

In bill payment, register CIE Agreement 80012 and input your <reference>.

C) Express Online Card Payment

Pay with VISA, Mastercard, or American Express via the secure portal https://pagoexpress.iteso.mx/ using your reference.

3. Send Payment Receipt

Regardless of the chosen method, send your payment receipt to guillot@icpcmexico.org to confirm your team registration.
